First let me say their food is delish.

Let your waiter know you are gluten free.  They actually have a button on their order computer that says 'Gluten Free'.  This helps the chef also to make sure your food comes the way you need it.  Although, I would say, make sure your order is correct and if not  let the manager know since they are really trying to work with us(not me personally,  just all customers) to improve their service and menu.
